Due to the nature of custom millinery which are personal wear items, there are no hat returns at MAGGIE MAE DESIGNS® unless an item is defective. Hats may be returned for size adjustments only.
Each and every MAGGIE MAE DESIGNS® product is a custom creation. Great care is taken to ensure that we are creating an item that will suit your needs.
To help ensure a successful hat purchase, we ask that you measure carefully for hat size. Head size measuring instructions are given at the following: measuring for hat size.
In addition, please be specific if there are special construction requests for your hat order with regard to dimensions. Please send swatches if you have special color matching considerations.
Hat returns made within 5 days of receipt for size adjustments are at the shipping expense of the customer.
There are no refunds on any Rush Order charges or regular shipping charges.
