I am the owner/designer of MAGGIE MAE DESIGNS Custom Millinery for Women located here on Cape Cod.
A number of years ago as a way to balance my long days in the hat studio, I discovered a passion for photographing the wildlife here on Cape Cod. I love nothing better than to grab the camera and head for the marsh. From the moment that I smell the sea air, I get “lost” for a while. In the process of snapping pictures, I immerse my senses in the beauty and the magic of this Cape Cod landscape that I call home.
As my passion for photography grew, I started a blog, Images of Cape Cod.
However my life changed several years ago as I became mother’s fulltime primary caregiver. I never stopped taking pictures, but I no longer had time to maintain this blog.
This New Year I am restarting both my millinery business as well as this photo journal blog.
It may take me a while to get up to speed with my posts here, but I shall try to share some of the wild ones I am seeing as I work through this transition period.
